签证顾问(留学文案)Visa Consultant (Overseas-studyCopywriter)
工作职责：
根据公司与客户签订的合同规定，在签证主管的指导下，负责为客户制定申请和签证方案。
1、为客户积极讲解申请材料，查校和定校，收集和审核申请材料，收集相关费用标准；
2、沟通客户设计签证方案并积极进行二次营销，向客户收集签证材料和各项费用，并审核客户提交的签证材料；
3、按照公司规定的时间要求制作完成签证材料，保障材料的正确和完整；
4、公司安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、性别不限，本科以上学历，英语、商科相关专业；
2、一年以上教育/留学行业相关工作经验，有北美/英联邦留学行业工作经验者优先录用；
3、英语熟练，可以处理一般书面、口语等工作，要求专业四级以上水平（具备出色的外语托福/雅思成绩较高者优先），熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，文字录入50个/分钟以上；
4、有较强的学习能力和出色的沟通能力，具有较高的综合素质，能够快速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
5、以上如条件优秀者可结合实际情况综合待遇可适当放宽。
Responsibilities:
Formulatethe application and visa plan for our clients under the guidance of the visasupervisor according to the contract signed between the company and the client.
1. Explainthe application materials to the client, search and confirm the school, collectand review the application materials, and gather relevant cost standards;
2. Communicatethe visa plan with the client and conduct remarketing, collect the visamaterials and fees from the client, and review the visa materials submitted bythe client;
3. Prepareaccurate and complete visa materials in accordance with the time requirementsspecified by the company;
4. Otherwork arranged by the company.
Qualifications:
1. Genderis not limited,bachelor degree or above in Japanese or business related major;
2. Aboveone-year work experience in education/overseas-study counseling and services industry, and experience in NorthAmerica/Commonwealth overseas-study counseling services industry preferred;
3. Proficiencyin English with TEM4 or above (TOEFL/IELTS of high scores preferred),competence in dealing with general English written and spoken work, skilledoperation of Office software, and typing speed with 50+ characters/min;
4. Stronglearning ability, good communication skills, and high comprehensive quality,able to quickly grasp all knowledge related to the company's business;
