职位：Sr Engineer Industrial Engineering (Capacity Planning)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for factory capacity planning. Complete capacity scenario analysis to identify performance requirements and/or future capital needs.
Establish capacity expansion plans for optimum cost/benefit for the factory. Establish and maintain capital equipment plans – control and monitor capital equipment budget.
Prepare constraint analysis reports and capacity trade-off analysis for short-term factory loading needs.
Liaison with factory production planning and factory management on short-term factory loading commitments.
Accountable for accuracy of factory level capacity planning model.
Interface with Module Industrial Engineering for tool level inputs needed to produce a full factory capacity output.
Responsible for continuous improvements in capacity modeling capabilities as well as related global capacity reporting system. Liaison with corporate IE, other sites IE and systems group for modeling system changes.
In-depth study of available fab floor space to support Capacity expansion plan with minimum CAPEX. This may involve relocating existing tools or converting some building areas.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science discipline, Other Engineering discipline will also be considered.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in clean room environment
职位要求：

4）愿意做12个小时 rotating shift （如需要）
薪资待遇：
1) 底薪4000-4800新币 （根据经验而定）；
如需轮班，则有额外轮班津贴
2) 一年固定13薪，花红另算；
