职位描述
1、负责新产线（含移转产线）布局设计规划、水电气管网、安全环保统筹；
2、负责新设备选型、式样检讨，请购流程发起，过程管控，回厂调试协调、编写验收报告、导入生产等工作；
3、负责新设备电气化方面的原理培训、操作要领编制；
4、自主设计的新设备电气部分开发，安装指导、现场调试优化；
5、公司级项目线体改善、改造专案实施；
6、定期组织工程师/现场维修电气技能提升培训；
7、生产现场重大故障参与并为维修人员提供技术支持，减少故障停机时间，并参加复盘
8、设备开发经验库和标准化工作推进；
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历
2、掌握电气，机械，液压，传感器类，伺服控制，安川机器人等维护及管理经验，有独立的PLC编程和优化能力（三菱、西门子、欧姆龙）等，熟悉设备原理，有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；
