1. 负责机器人自动生产线的班组管理，确保产量与品质达标。
2. 不定时驾驶叉车完成高温铝液的转运、倾倒及加注。
3. 监控机器人运行状态，处理简单报警，配合基础调试。
4. 落实班组人员排班、安全操作监督及现场5S管理。
二、任职要求：
1. 持有效叉车证，有铝液/高温液态金属转运经验优先。
2. 2年以上制造企业带班经验，熟悉工业机器人基本操作。
3. 适应生产环境和12小时两班倒，具备现场排产和人员管理能力。
