How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery by overseeing and coordinating the maintenance team's activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Main Accountabilities
1- Lead and manage maintenance technicians, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring team members are trained and motivated
2- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs
3- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment for employees and prevent accidents
4- Manage budgets, materials, and resources effectively to meet maintenance goals within allocated resources
5- Monitor and analyze equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency and reliability

1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma
2. 3+ years of experience in industrial environment with knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment and machinery
3. Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
