职位描述
本科及以上学历，工业设计、人机交互、人因工程、计算机科学、软件工程、航空电子工程等相关专业。
岗位职责：
1. 负责显控产品的需求捕获与分析，与飞行员、整机各系统的相关专业人员沟通（如飞控、航电、能源动力），并分析飞行任务流和任务场景，提取关键显控需求；
2. 开展国内外先进机载显控产品的行业对标与竞品分析，深入研究适航规范（如ARP4754A/4761、AC25-11B、AC23.1311等）的符合性要求，确保产品在满足市场趋势的同时符合适航安全性与符合性要求；
3. 完成产品从0到1的定义与规划，负责显控界面的信息架构、视觉原型及交互逻辑设计，输出产品需求、原型图及设计规范，组织并主持专家评审、人机工效评估及仿真模拟机验证，确保产品设计符合用户心理模型和认知习惯；
4. 对接研发团队（软件、硬件、系统集成），协调技术实现路径，确保设计方案精准落地；
5. 跟进试飞、外场保障及实机使用反馈，针对实际暴露的问题进行快速响应与设计迭代。
加分项：
1. 具备飞行员执照或模拟机飞行经验者优先。
2. 主流车企HMI设计/产品定义经验。
3. 参与过完整航空器型号研制周期，熟悉适航审定。
4. 熟练运用 AI 工具（cursor或cc）。
5. 英语四/六级。
6. 人因工程经验。
7.较强逻辑思维、跨专业沟通能力。
