职位描述
3. 熟悉测试环境的搭建与调试，包括手动及自动化测试台架，完成测试环境的基础维护工 作。
4. 依据系统需求 / 架构及相关规格文件，编制并维护功能测试规格说明书。
5. 基于项目经验，在台架及实车环境开展探索性测试，识别潜在风险或问题。
6. 配合测试经理开展测试规划及工作量评估工作。
7. 与测试经理、项目团队协作，完成测试规格说明书及测试报告的验证与评审。
8. 支持项目团队及客户的现场工作（包括客户研发场地、生产线或终端用户问题反馈现 场），工作内容涵盖电控单元（ECU）程序刷新、产线监控、日志采集、问题复现、故障分析 及根因定位。
岗位要求
1. 具备 3 年以上汽车车身域相关功能的手动测试、整车测试或自动化测试经验。
2. 责任心强，抗压能力突出，工作态度端正，能够胜任高压工作环境。
3. 具备基础的英语读写能力，可阅读英文需求文档及测试用例，并能编制、维护英文测试用 例。
4. 具备清晰、准确的沟通表达能力。
