职位描述
1.独立负责 **插混/混动(PHEV/HEV)**车型整车基础及排放的标定与测试规划。
2.在整车量产(SOP)重点项目中，指导并带教初级标定工程师。
3.扎实掌握内燃机原理及前沿尾气后处理技术。
4.具备全面的发动机管理系统(EMS)功能及标定能力，有联合汽车电子/博世(UAES/Bosch)经验优先。5.为团队提供技术问题支持，统筹多车型量产版本的项目规划工作。
6.配合客户支持整车量产投产发布相关工作。
7.负责研发部门内部流程效率持续优化，以及安全与质量保障工作。
任职要求
1.至少 3 年传统燃油车/混动/纯电整车标定项目相关工作经验。
2.至少 2年整车量产(SOP)项目管理经验。
3.具备英语沟通能力者优先。
4.有独立完成整车基础、排放、OBD相关发动机功能标定并支持车型量产项目的从业经历。
5.熟悉主机厂标定质量关口流程及标定数据管理规范
6.熟悉联合汽车电子/博世(UAES/Bosch)发动机管理控制系统。
7.具备扎实的标定专业能力，可保障标定数据质量
8.能够接受国内外出差
