职位描述
1、负责机器人、灵巧手等核心硬件的全周期管理，调研竞品和技术趋势，定义参数指标与迭代路线。
2、主导整机硬件平台化建设，制定面向生态伙伴的标准化硬件方案，统筹各部件适配。
3、对接各部门团队，统筹产品从立项到量产全流程，把控进度、质量并解决研发问题。
4、跟踪客户反馈与行业技术，针对硬件性能痛点，制定迭代方案，提升产品核心竞争力。
岗位需求:
1、研究生及以上，机器人、自动化、电子等相关专业，掌握机器人硬件与机电等基础专业知识。
2、5年以上机器人硬件产品经验，熟悉机器人及核心模块研发与量产。
3、可独立完成硬件产品需求规划，熟练输出各类产品文档，熟悉研发量产全流程。
4、熟悉机器人硬件及行业标准，可精准捕捉市场与技术发展趋势。
5、逻辑与沟通能力强，具备优秀产品思维，可统筹多项目推进，具有极强的执行力和责任心。
