- Based on cross-border channel dynamics, product category specifics, and consumer insights, develop and continuously refine omnichannel (online & offline) sales strategies, covering channel architecture, product portfolio, value chain design, promotion cadence, and differentiated activation levers.
- Lead annual/quarterly channel business planning, integrating brand strategy and regional market nuances to define a tiered channel management framework, and translate into actionable execution playbooks.
- Drive disciplined strategy execution across channels, establish process tracking mechanisms (e.g., weekly performance tracking, monthly business reviews), and define key performance indicators (KPIs) with associated governance mechanisms to ensure strategic closed-loop management and continuous iteration, optimizing ROI.
- Annual/Quarterly Budget Planning: In line with cross-border business targets, channel strategy, and brand investment priorities, develop a comprehensive annual promotion budget framework with clear allocation logic.
- Budget Analysis, Allocation & Dynamic Rebalancing: Set budget baselines and growth assumptions, define allocation principles, reserve a flexible contingency pool, and implement phased dynamic reallocation based on performance and business needs.
- Manage cross-border channel value chain equilibrium, balancing promotion investment and overall strategy.
- Establish a price monitoring mechanism to detect below-guideline pricing, drive closed-loop resolution, and regularly issue channel price health reports to enforce compliance.
- Conduct traceability investigations on channel diversion or underpriced products, partner with compliance and supply chain teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, safeguarding brand price integrity and channel partner interests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Trade Marketing strategies comply with import/export regulations, cross-border tax policies, and shelf-life management requirements, and effectively plan aged-inventory promotion pacing.
- Build a channel business performance dashboard and regularly generate channel analytics reports to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of progressive experience in Trade Marketing. Cross-border, FMCG, or beauty industry background is preferred.
- Deep understanding of both online and offline channel operations, with demonstrated capabilities in strategy formulation, resource integration, data analysis, and project management.
- Strong logical thinking, high level of resilience and self-motivation, excellent team spirit, and outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
