Job Summary
A brief description to state overall purpose, expectations and / or objectives of position.
1.Site HR& specialist role mainly focuses on HR process smoothly at execution level.
2.Provide daily HR support to operations.
3.Participate in site HR & administrative activities.
Accountabilities (Time in %)
1. Be responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management for WGQ site employees, Frontline employees recruitment, site training development and related internal and external audits. 30%
2. Prepare HR monthly reports, site monthly payroll &SSL, annually working hour system application and collaborate closely with HRG for HR annual cycle projects 30%
3. Employee Relationship responsible for injury case, ER cases and employee communication 15%
4. Projects: to support HR project and HR activities as required 10%
5. Participate in site admin activities 5%
6. Other assignments from Site Manager and HRBP. 10%
Required Qualifications
educational requirements, certification, and license.
1.Bachelor’s degree and above
2.More than 3 years of relevant HR work experience
3.Human Resources Education background is a plus
1.Good organization skills
2.Good communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
3.Familiar with local labor laws
4.Proactive attitude and good teamwork spirit
5.Good MS office skills and analytical skills
