PMPITIL V3IT服务通信/网络设备
Responsibility:
1、Act as middleman between customer and supporting team(s) to ensure service is delivered and provided on time according to committed Service Level Agreement
2、Develop and maintain customer bonding to turn customer into long-term partners
3、 Incident management – work with supporting team(s) to identify, investigate and resolve incident timely. Incident escalation to management when necessary
4、Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
5、Understanding “customer needs”, liaison with internal functional department for building loyalty and driving business growth
6、Proactive acts and through to solve internal and external customer problem

Requirement:
1、Degree holder in IT, Computer Science and Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2、2-5 years of working experience in ICT operation
3、Post maintenance support experience is preferable
4、 Working experience in System Integrator or ICT distributor will be an advantage
5、 Knowledge in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations is a plus
6、 PMP certificate holder will be an advantage
7、Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
8、Excellent communication and presentation skills
9、Holder of ITIL v3 Foundation is required
10、Service Delivery Executive is also considered if have limited working experience or knowledge
