职位描述
1、负责计算技术服务部产品运营工作，运营数据梳理、整合、形成对应的数据报告，并且根据数据进行客情分析等，同时根据运营数据，对于目前的产品趋势进行综合分析；
2、基于智算转型，需要了解AI相关技术，机型配置等，针对与GPU的算力、使用量、利用率综合分析，并结合用户场景进行相关分析，智算需求评估审核、智算利用率、使用场景、合同共建等用户沟通、整改优化及推进；
3、基于现状，根据运营数据，产品数据，用户数据，综合分析可降本空间，结合集团项目进行数据分析后的降本出具可行性分析报告；
4、负责计算方案的设计与规划；用户个性化需求合理性评估；基于行业竞品分析提出产品建议；计算技术解决方案精品课程制作及面向BU宣导赋能；计算产品使用规范制定、修订及最佳实践沉淀；提升面向BU的解决方案完善度及标准化能力等。
任职资格：
1.大学本科毕业，计算机相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验；
2.数据分析与量化运营能力
具备从数据中发现问题、验证假设、驱动决策的能力。
熟练使用数据分析工具：SQL、Excel
3.用户运营与增长策略能力
围绕用户生命周期进行精细化运营，提升拉新、留存、转化与复购；
4.科技工具与AI应用能力随着AI普及，产品运营需掌握智能化工具提升效率；
5.熟悉云原生或者AI智算相关生态，了解目前AI相关动态，主流开源模型特性等；
6.优秀的表达能力，沟通能力，跨团队协作能力；
7.学习能力强，有激情，能同期支持多项目。
