工作职责要求：
1.业务系统开发：协助医疗险智能营销、智能核保核赔等业务模块的前端系统开发与维护，保障页面稳定性与用户体验。
2.算法策略落地：协助与后端及算法团队紧密协作，将算法策略在前端进行可视化呈现与交互实现，协助支持业务端到端的数据落地。
3.接口对接与优化：协助前后端接口联调，并持续优化前端性能与加载速度。
4.架构与规范：协助前端组件库建设，制定前端开发规范，协助完成应用的部署、监控及日常运维支持。
任职资格：
1.学历专业：计算机、统计学、数学、软件工程等相关专业。
2.工作经验：3年以上前端开发经验，具备独立开发和维护中大型系统的能力。
3.技术栈：精通HTML和CSS具备扎实的页面布局能力，精通 JavaScript/TypeScript，熟练掌握 Vue / React 对前端主流框架有一定的理解，使用过主流UI组件库（Element、Antd等），掌握图形化插件（Echarts等），熟悉Vibe Coding开发模式，能高效开发复杂交互界面。
4.前端能力：熟悉前端工程化体系（如 Webpack/Vite），掌握 HTTP 协议，小程序开发方式及前端性能优化技巧。
5.通用技能：熟悉 Git、Docker、Linux 环境，具备基本的代码管理与部署运维能力。
6.综合素质：具备良好的沟通能力，能与算法、产品、后端团队高效协作；具备优秀的文档编写习惯和质量意识。
