职位描述
围绕公司核心业务，开展电力行业市场调研，聚焦火电厂、新能源电站等目标客户群体，分析客户痛点与行业竞争格局，制定可落地的区域销售策略和年度业绩目标。
2. 客户开发与深耕
独立开发电厂、电力工程总承包商、能源投资公司等客户资源，深度对接客户液压阀维修、汽轮机改造、控制系统配套及二手电站采购需求，推动合作签约。
3. 项目全周期管控
主导商务谈判、合同条款拟定及回款跟进；协调公司技术、售后团队，确保项目方案设计、现场实施、验收交付全流程高效衔接，保障客户满意度。
4. 团队统筹管理
组建并带领营销团队开展工作，分解销售指标，督导团队完成业绩任务，提升团队整体作战能力。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、电力工程、热能动力等相关专业优先；3年以上电力设备行业营销经验，具备电厂液压阀、汽轮机或控制系统相关业务销售经历者优先，拥有成熟电厂客户资源者优先。
2. 熟悉电力行业设备运维、改造及二手电站交易的市场逻辑，能精准匹配客户需求与公司业务；具备优秀的商务谈判、方案撰写能力，可独立推进大客户及复杂项目成交。
3. 具备敏锐的市场洞察力和风险判断能力，目标感强，能承受高压工作节奏，适应经常性出差；拥有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和团队管理经验。
