2.Support NCD team / Sales team for daily sales activities including customer visit and relationship handling, deal with overseas inquiry, and ensure / monitor all required documents / information are prepared and submitted timely and accurately (e.g. quotation preparation, MDM creation, contract preparation, and other administrative sales support tasks)协助NCD团队/销售团队处理日常销售事务,包括客户拜访、关系维护、海外询问响应,并确保/监督报价单制作、MDM系统建档、合同准备等文件按时准确提交。
3. Get a direct image of periodical business performance, collect sales data from different sources, and perform in-depth analysis to find out business risk points & potential growth break-points. Support NCD leader / sales team manager for timely adjustment of business strategy based on the analysis results.多渠道收集销售信息并进行深度分析,识别业务风险点及潜在增长机会;基于分析结果协助NCD负责人/销售经理及时调整业务策略。
4.Be positively involved in coordination among different parties to exchange information, get alignment on certain tasks, support business development / sales activities, assist data analytics tasks, solve problems and other assignments from leaders.积极参与多方协调,传递信息、对齐任务目标,支持业务拓展/销售活动,协助数据分析,解决问题并落实领导交办的其他事项。
5.Follow policies and processes required by legal department and finance department for contract approval and credit control.严格遵守法务部及财务部规定的合同审批流程和信用管控政策。
6.Prepare and share required information and documents to CS for order handling, and answer related questions and act as information hub between NCD team / Sales team and CS.为客户成功团队(CS)准备订单处理所需资料,解答相关问题,担任NCD团队/销售团队与客户成功团队间的信息中转站。
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree and above.本科及以上学历;
2.Above 2 years’ working experience as customer service or sales assistant in logistics/freight forwarding industry is preferred.2年以上物流/货代行业客户服务或销售助理工作经验;
3.Fluent English comprehension; verbal, written skills. 流利的英语听说读写能力;
4.Well communication skill with internal customers, external customers.优秀的内外部客户沟通能力;
5.Be familiar with office software, especially in Excel and PPT.熟练使用办公软件(尤其Excel与PPT);
6.Well coordination skills.出色的跨部门协调能力。
