Key Responsibilities
主要职责
· Ownership of monthly closing and management reporting, including data validation and consistency checks — with clear guidance and structured onboarding to set you up for success 负责每月关账及管理报告工作,包括数据验证和一致性检查
· Independent preparation and analysis of reports, presentations and management materials 独立完成报告、演示材料及管理层汇报材料的编制与分析
· Active support of the Scorecard process (data preparation, maintenance and quality assurance) 积极支持KPI监控和管理报告体系流程(包括数据准备、维护及质量保障)
· Identification, structuring and follow-up of topics and action items across the Controlling area 识别、梳理并跟进 Controlling(管理控制)领域的重点议题及行动项
· Proactive review of existing reports, logic and structures with the aim to simplify, standardize and improve 审核和优化现有报告、数据逻辑及结构,以实现流程简化、标准化和持续改进
· Exploration and application of AI-supported reporting and automation approaches — we actively encourage you to bring ideas, test new tools and challenge the status quo 探索并应用基于 AI 的报表与自动化方法 —— 鼓励你提出想法、尝试新工具并勇于挑战现有模式
Requirements
任职要求
· Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a comparable field Professional
· At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A or a finance-related environment
· Very high level of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
· Strong motivation, ownership mindset and proactive working style
· Genuine interest in AI and digital tools — you are curious about how technologies like Copilot, Power BI, automation and AI can improve finance and reporting processes
· Excellent English skills (spoken and written) — this is essential, as you will interact daily with international stakeholders across multiple time zones; German is a plus
· Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is an advantage
