Key Tasks:
1. Act as HR Talent Acquisition Partner, provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to line managers and ensure all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner.
2. Conduct job brief meeting with hiring manager to clearly understand business requirements, searching criteria and evaluation standards.
3. Maintain the job postings on job boards timely and develop new channels such as social media, network etc. to enlarge the talents pools.
4. Be responsible for end-to-end hiring cycle of candidate recommendation, interview offer negotiation independently.
5. Discuss with hiring manager to draw hiring decision, provide appropriate consultancy on people evaluation, talent market intelligence when necessary.
6. Make offer proposal based on comprehensive consideration on talent attraction, internal equity and cost control.
7. Regularly update industry talent map and the company`s talent pool information.
8. Support line manager on optimizing recruitment projects including but not limited to internal referral, internal application, campus recruiting and selection & offering etc.
9.Other HR related support work.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor, major in HR management or medical/pharmaceutical/chemical related is preferred.
2. 4-5 years recruitment experience, familiar with CRO or pharma will be a plus.
3. Good learning and communication capabilities.
4. Open-minded with passion on recruitment and fast learning ability.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6.Have a good command of Microsoft Office software.
