外贸杂货母婴玩具批发/零售/贸易
岗位：质量测试协调员
主要工作内容：
• 根据法国和欧盟的相关法规，为各类产品制定测试要求，特别关注电子产品和家具。
• 确认要寄给实验室如 BV , ITS 等的样品数量，并通知供应商和内部团队准备并发送样品。密切跟踪样品，避免任何延误。
• 准确记录产品报价和测试报告，并核实每月结算报表。
• 核查供应商提交的各类电子产品的测试报告，如电磁兼容性（EMC）、ROHS、LVD、RED 防水等级报告等。如有不符合项，及时通知供应商进行整改，并确保在发货前获得完整的报告。
• 每周检查过期的产品测试报告，并安排对重新订购产品的测试。
• 及时为每种产品计算环保税。
• 完成总部及领导安排的其他任务，满足特殊客户要求。
岗位要求：
* 大学本科毕业；
* 至少 3 年以上相关工作经验
* 有实验室工作经验者优先
* 英语能力良好, 并且可以适应在国际环境中工作
* 能够按时完成任务
* 具备处理紧急情况的专业能力
* 工作认真严谨
* 可靠负责，有自我驱动力，有条理，具有团队合作精神
* 如同时具备产品知识是优势（电气、家具、蜡烛、玩具、厨房用品、家具）
* 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
* 熟练掌握 Microsoft Excel 和 Word 软件

The company CMP Importer French multi-products (toys, lighting, decoration, kitchen items ...) is currently looking for Quality Testing Coordinator in our office in Ningbo (Close to Moon lake, Zhejiang Province - China).
Quality Testing Coordinator
MAIN MISSIONS:
• Define testing requirements for various products in accordance with French and EU Regulation, with a particular focus on electronic products and furniture.
• Confirm sample quantities to be sent with laboratories BV and ITS, and notify suppliers and internal teams to prepare and dispatch samples. keep close following of the sample to avoid any delay.
• Record product quotations and test reports accurately and verify monthly settlement statements.
• Verify various test reports submitted by suppliers for electronic products, such EMC, ROHS, LVD,RED waterproof rating reports, etc. Promptly notify suppliers for rectification in case of non‑compliance and ensure full sets of reports are obtained prior to shipment.
• Make weekly checks for expired product test reports and arrange testing for re‑order products.
• Timely calculate environmental protection tax for each product.
• Complete other tasks such as issuing guarantee letters and meeting special customer requirements.
PROFILE
* University graduate
* More than 3 years related working experiences
* Previous laboratory experience is an added advantage
* Good English skills and able to work in an international environment
* Able to manage deadlines
* Abilities to adapt to urgent and technical situations
* Rigorous and detail oriented
* Reliable and responsible, self-motivated, organized and with teamwork spirit
* Products knowledge is an advantage (Electrical, furniture, candles, toys, kitchen, furniture)
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word
Working time:
* 5 days / week. National holidays + 5 days annual leave = Chinese law
Salary:
