职位描述
1、负责产品的客户质量改进活动;
2、负责产品审核策划方案和要求具体实施;
3、负责对产品的质量成本作综合性评价分析,并推动持续改进;
4、统计并监控客户的零公里故障PPM值,对故障信息及时进行分析和推动各过程过程检查;
5、组织失效件的返回与故障分析,并根据分析情况,进行责任鉴定、分解和申诉:
6、负责产品客户质量资料相关工作。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上机械制造、车辆工程、液压等相关专业;
2、2年以上对接传统内燃机/叉车类的客诉质量相关工作经验;
3、较强的沟通能力;
4、熟悉IATF16949等质量管理体系要求;
5、熟悉油泵类产品;
6、掌握应用各类质量管理工具,如APQP、SPC、MSA、FEMA、PPAP、8D等;
7、接受出差。
