职位描述
1.1 负责冲击扳手、起子机和主要冲击部分的零部件的导入、开发、优化等
In charge of new product development: impact wrench, impact driver and major components of the two products - impact unit.
1.2 负责新产品样品生产、组装、验证和评估、总结及改善, 主导小批量试生产；
In charge of new product sample’s manufacture, assembly, qualify and assessment, improvement, control pilot run process.
1.3 主导项目的技术开发，掌控项目进度，成本，风险评估，及测试审核，保证项目按期完成。
As new product project’s technical leader, follow & control project’s schedule, cost and risk control, support project finish on time.
1.4 解决现场问题，持续改善，优化产品结构，改善质量和降低成本；
Problem solving and continuous improvement of product, can improve product design, reduce reject rate and cost reduction.
1.5 参与零部件的供应商开发及评审；
Support suppliers develop and audit.
1.6 编制汇总新产品程序文件，例如规格书、WI、SOP、质量控制计划等；
Establish and updated procedure documents, such as Specification, WI, SOP …….
2.1 本科或以上机械工程类专业毕业；
Bachelor’s degree and technical, engineering background.
2.2 电动工具行业经验优先，特别是冲击扳手或者冲击扳手组件
Experience on power tool industry is preferred, special for impact wrench, impact driver and major component – impact unit.
2.3 动手能力强，善于钻研，责任心强；
Strong practical abilities, Be good at studying, Flexibility and personal responsibility.
2.4 有一定的设计能力，会2D&3D图纸设计；
Experience of design, can design products with 2D&3D program.
2.5 良好的英语沟通交流能力；
Good English communication skill.
2.6 较强的团队合作精神；
Good teamwork.
