机械设计工程师

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.Actively take part in the design work.
积极参与设计工作。
2.Timely solution focus on professional engineering services.
专注于及时解决专业工程方面的问题
3.Finish engineering deliverables on time. Initiate and follow-up corrective actions if necessary.
按时完成工程交付。如有必要，发起并跟进纠正措施。
4.Design and review engineering deliverables from GECIA for WUXI take lead projects. Initiate and follow-up corrective actions if necessary.
为无锡项目设计和审核GECIA的工程交付成果。必要时发起并跟踪纠正措施。
5.Perform root cause analysis on all design errors, establish and implement appropriate next steps to prevent recurrence.
对所有设计错误进行根本原因分析，制定并实施适当的下一步措施以防止再次发生。
6.Participate in lesson learnt sharing in design team.
参与设计组的经验分享。
7.Make sure drawings are made by Atlas Copco design guidelines (design manual) and / or according to StandardPlus specifications.
图纸符合阿特拉斯·科普柯设计指南（设计手册）和/或StandardPlus规范。

Experience Requirements经验要求
1.Above 2-3 years working experience.
至少2年以上工作经验。
2.Wide knowledge of Oil-Free Air products is a plus.
有压缩机相关知识或工作经验者优先。
3. A proven ability to choose and specify material and components, with an understanding and ability to technically specify pressure, valves etc.,
具有选择和指定材料和部件的能力，并具有技术上指定压力，阀门等的理解和能力。
4. Experienced in 3D Inventor and 2D AutoCAD mechanical design with the usual MS office skills.
具有3D Inventor和2D AutoCAD机械设计经验，熟练使用MS office办公软件。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.Bachelor or Master degree of Industrial Sciences (Industrial Engineering)
工程类专业本科或硕士学历。
2.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English.
普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
3.Smooth with IT tools such as Microsoft office etc.
熟悉办公软件和IT工具。
