Process Expert 工艺专家

1） WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
• Mainly act as a process expert in Asian region to provide techinical support and solve problems on required manufacturing process at Hilti suppliers.
• Ensures Quality of delivered products from assigned supplier portfolio on project phase and series production phase
2） WHAT YOU'LL DO (JOB DISCRIPTION)：
• Assess techincal competence of new supplier on required manufacturing process in evaluation audit.
• Liftup supplier manufacturing process capability during supplier development phase
• Provide techinical consultant or on-site technical support of reuiqred manufacturing process to suppliers in Asian in terms of any techinical problem or issue.
• Monitor the quality status(Complaints, PPM, defect cost) and drive quality improvement initiatives(P-FMEA, SPC) of manufacturing process and product at supplier side
3） WHAT YOU’LL BRING：
• University graduate in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in at least one of the manufacturing processes: Electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, heat treatment
• At least 8 years working experience in engineering, production or quality roles in an industrial environment.
• Familiar with quality & environmental standard and quality analysis tools, such as 8D, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.
• Proficiency in written/oral English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% at suppliers in Asia
