KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rewards Strategy, Localization & Governance
- Work with HQ Rewards COE to co‑develop and tailor global reward strategies and frameworks for the CM market.
- Ensure reward governance and alignment across different CM entities, adapting thoughtfully to local practices, regulations, and business needs.
- Maintain the company’s reward philosophy while supporting practical implementation in a locally operated setting.
2. Advisory Support & Collaboration Across CM
- Provide professional guidance to HR leaders and C&B staff across the multi‑site HR setup.
- Strengthen C&B capabilities through structured training, knowledge sharing and advisory support.
- Build productive and collaborative relationships across various CM centers and business units.
3. Rewards Program Design & Execution
- Lead the CM-wide execution of compensation cycles, job evaluation, salary structure review, benefits programs and related processes.
- Coordinate closely with HQ to reflect CM needs in global program design and maintain consistency in application.
- Ensure reward activities are delivered with high quality and accuracy across the regionally diverse HR structure.
4. Market Insights, Analysis & Reporting
- Lead CM compensation and benefits bench-marking, analyzing market developments, regulatory requirements and talent trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HQ COE, CM leadership and local HR teams.
- Assess reward program financial impacts and work with Finance and HR to support budgeting and planning.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust‑based working relationships with HR and business stakeholders across different centers and local entities.
- Support alignment discussions on reward matters in collaboration with local HR teams and leadership.
- Facilitate clear communication between HQ and local teams to support smooth execution of reward initiatives.
6. Operational Excellence & Process Control
- Oversee reward-related SOPs and ensure they are applied consistently across CM centers.
- Enhance HR data accuracy, system integrity and process quality.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen operational efficiency across CM.
7. People Leadership
- Lead and develop the CM Rewards COE team to ensure strong functional expertise.
- Provide functional oversight and guidance to C&B teams across CM centers.
- Foster a collaborative,supportive and solutions-oriented working culture.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related fields
- 15+ years’ experience in total rewards, with solid understanding of Chinese Mainland compensationpractices and regulatory environment.
- Experience collaborating across regionally diverse or multi-location organizations.
- Strong advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep expertise in compensation design, job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English;
- able to work effectively with both HQ and CM teams.
