Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare/Review of HVAC design philosophy/basis and technical specification for HVAC system.

· Prepare/Review of HVAC Engineering document including but not limit to:

HVAC equipment datasheet, HVAC Airflow diagram, HVAC PID and D&ID Drawing, Ducting Layout drawing, Ducting Spool Drawing, HVAC Control philosophy, HVAC Cause & Effect Diagrams, HVAC Schematic Diagram & Termination Drawings, HVAC Typical Installation Layouts and Support Drawings, etc.

· Carry out/Review Heat Load Calculations as per ASHRAE and/or project specifications for Control Rooms, Electrical Rooms, Substations etc.

· Prepare/Review RFQ / TBE for HVAC system engineering, supply and installation as required;

· Coordinate QMW internally with different functions / departments as necessary;

· Manage HVAC subcontractor for timely submission of proposals and deliverables; Review and comment on the technical deliverables from subcontractor;

· Coordinate with Client for the deliverables submission and approval as required;

· Coordinate with Client and subcontractor for clarifications as required to make sure the project requirement is fully complied by subcontractor;

· Support the HVAC installation on site;

JOB Requirements:

· Bachelor in Mechanical or ACMV engineering with more than 2 years working experience in HVAC/ACMV engineering for offshore project.

· Be familiar with relevant HVAC international codes and standards.

· Good knowledge in HVAC system design and familiar with HVAC Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.

· Knowledge of software tools – AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks etc.

· Able to use HAP software for the heat load calculation.

· Ability to support and coordinate with other disciplines or departments.

· Fluent speaking and writing in English.

· A team player with strong interpersonal skills.

· Saudi Aramco project experience will be an advantage.
