化工石油/石化仪器仪表制造
1. Work with production engineer and manage the subcontractor to complete their job timely.
2. Sign the prefabrication and installation work pack and tracing it.
3. Work front identification, and detailed work schedule development and implement.
4. Manpower and facility assessment, and detailed mobilization plan development and implement.
5. Holding daily meeting to gather the information to create the database.
6. Monitors the progress and make sure the productivity meet the project given target.
7. Conducts the morning briefing and Tool Box's Safety Meeting.
8. Responsible for communicate with other discipline.
9. Responsible to obtain and have an understanding of project construction planning.
10. Responsible for the project completion, including but not limited to construction methodology, build sequence and milestone dates.
11. Control and manage subcontractor on site work and make sure the job done by subcontractor must follow QMW, project procedure and requirement.
12. Liaise with client representative closely and continuously, ensure site work can meet client requirement.
13. Finish other works which order by higher authority.
14. Ensures there is a safe work environment provided for the employees under his responsibility and that employees follow all HSE procedures and processes.
15. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
