职位描述
1.负责 MPCVD 长晶炉、切割机、研磨机、抛光机、镀膜设备等生产设备的安装、调试、维护与保养。
2.制定设备维护保养计划，定期巡检设备，处理设备故障，保障设备稼动率与稳定性。
3.负责设备备件管理、备品备件采购需求提报，优化设备维护成本。
4.参与新设备的选型、评估与导入，协同工艺部验证设备性能，保障设备满足生产工艺需求。
任职要求
1.学历：大专及以上学历。
2.专业：机械工程、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化、真空技术等相关专业。
3.工作经验：2 年及以上半导体、精密设备维护经验；有 CVD 设备、镀膜4.设备或精密加工设备维护经验者优先；持有设备维修相关资格证书者优先。
5.专业技能：
熟悉真空设备、等离子设备、精密加工设备的结构与维护原理；
具备较强的设备故障诊断能力、动手维修能力与安全操作意识；
了解设备管理流程，能制定合理的维护保养计划。
