您的工作日常：
1. 作为adidas的直营店管理者，为消费者提供独特的购物体验，提升店铺业绩，激励团队成员成长；
2. 作为adidas的产品专家，通过转训帮助团队拓宽产品与品牌知识，提升团队专业性；合理计划货品，优化货品结构；
3. 作为adidas的数字化推进者，积极推广数字化与全渠道工具，提升门店的运营效率和消费体验；监督店铺数字环境的安全与合规性，打造卓越的门店体验；
4. 作为adidas的运营骨干，评估店铺运营状态并采取有效的措施对状态进行提升；
5. 作为adidas的视觉大使，带领团队结合陈列标准及生意需求动态规划店内产品陈列位置，为消费者创造独特的购物体验；
6. 作为adidas的商业洞察者，通过驱动提升门店的关键指标，合理分配资源资源来达成指标，制定门店销售计划并跟进结果；
7. 作为adidas的核心管理者，明确各职级职责和团队目标，充分授权团队成员，打造高效团队，协助其成长；
我们对您的期望：
1. 关注时尚，热爱运动，热衷零售行业，对 adidas充满热情；
2. 至少5年以上零售或服务行业管理岗经验，具备较强的销售、对客服务及店铺和人员管理经验；
3. 具备团队领导力，能够建立包容开放、主动求知、适应变革的高效团队，以目标为导向，对提升个人领导力及业务能力秉持积极主动的态度，具备良好的沟通、组织、协调能力；
4. 具备优秀的商业敏感度、逻辑思维及数据分析计算能力；
5. 具备英语沟通能力者优先；
我们的工作时间：
早中晚排班制，做五休二或做六休一，视业务需求而定。
