生产经理

1.负责制定产品线的年度经营计划、费用预算，年度重点工作等。

2.负责会同 PMC，统筹协调制定封装车间的生产计划，对封装产品交付整体结果负责，包括交付及时率、交付产品质量等。
2.Collaborate with PMC to coordinate and formulate the production plan for the packaging workshop, and be overall responsible for the delivery results of packaged products, including on-time delivery rate and product quality.
3.负责会同研发、工程，提高封装产品的开发、样品制作效率与质量。
3.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve the efficiency and quality of packaged product development and sample production.
4.负责封装车间的统筹管理，确保车间年度经营目标的结果达成。
4.Take charge of the overall management of the packaging workshop to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
5.负责会同 PMC，对车间的交期达成负责，提升客户满意度，同时在兼顾合理安全库存的前提下，提升车间生产效率。

6.负责会同品质部门，对产品线的品质负责，主导产品线重大客诉的解决并建立长效机制。

7.负责会同采购部门等，长期持续探索和实践产品降本的解决方案。

8.负责会同财务部门，持续减少品质损失。

9.负责封装车间的 7S 管理、安全管理，提升现场生产作业的有序性。
9.Be responsible for 7S management and safety management in the packaging workshop to enhance the orderliness of on-site production operations.
10.负责会同设备、工程部门，统筹安排车间设备及周边的日常保养和维修。
10.Collaborate with equipment and engineering departments to coordinate the daily maintenance and repair of workshop equipment and surrounding facilities.
11.负责协同行政管理部、工会等部门，完成公司安排的工作及活动内容。
11.Collaborate with the administrative department, trade union, and other departments to complete tasks and activities assigned by the company.
12.负责产品线团队管理，包括人员招聘，培训，考核评估等，对产品线人员团队的整体能力负责。

13.完成上级交办的其它工作事项。

Qualifications
1.本科及以上学历，英语口语流利优先。
1.Bachelor's degree or above; fluent English speaking is preferred.
2.同行业 8 年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.More than 8 years of work experience in the same position within the same industry.
3.熟悉光有源或无源产品的结构和标准，能够识别图纸并有车间管理经验。
3.Familiar with the structure and standards of active or passive optical products, capable of reading drawings, and with workshop management experience.
4.具备良好的组织管理协调能力、跨部门沟通能力和高效执行能力。
4.Possess good organizational management and coordination skills, cross-departmental communication skills, and efficient execution capabilities.
5.工作严谨细致，善于发现问题，并能有效分析、解决问题。
5.Work rigorously and meticulously, be good at identifying problems, and effectively analyze and solve them.
6.拥有丰富的生产管理经验，熟悉 7S、ESD、精益生产、现场管理等知识与方法。
