Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely closure of quality complaints from local customers.
Receive inquiries and manage case log in the internal system.
Conduct testing on returned products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of complaint handling processes.
Perform lab maintenance to ensure testing environment is complaint with LS Quality Standard.
Strictly comply with company EHS safety regulations and master skill of safety work and emergency rescue knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Biology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Science or pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
oExperience using chemical analytical instrument (e.g. FTIR, HPLC, GC-MS) is a plus.
oExcellent written and verbal communication abilities, both in English and the local language.
