职位描述
· Documentation Department is responsible for executing documentation tasks and providing associated services in accordance with the requirements of the Principal and customers.
· Prepare outbound documents/reports and submit to Principal and related parties on request.
· Prepare and issue EMC, Telex Release, B/L amendment of outbound cargoes on request.
· Check B/L and release B/L to State Agent on schedule.
· Handle DOC related inquiries from customers.
· Co-ordinate with Principal, overseas agents and other departments on special cases, such as COD, roll-over, return-cargo, switch bill, print bill at pod etc.
Job requirements:
· University graduate, major in Maritime/International Trade/Foreign Trade related is preferred
· Freshmen is acceptable
· Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
· Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure
· Be proficient in MS Office
· Basic command of English (CET4 or above)
· Be fluent in Mandarin and English
