职位描述
1. 按照车间生产计划，完成焊装、总装或涂装工序的基础操作任务，确保生产效率与产品质量达标。
2. 严格遵守车间安全规范与操作流程，做好设备日常清洁与维护，保障作业环境安全。
3. 配合班组长完成生产数据记录与物料整理，协助完成车间5S管理工作。
任职要求
1. 具备制造业车间普工经验者优先，无经验者可接受岗前培训。
2. 能适应长白班（早八至晚八）的工作节奏，服从车间岗位调配。
3. 具备良好的团队协作意识，责任心强，能严格执行生产指令。

1. 薪资范围：6000-7000元/月
2. 薪酬福利：提供住宿、餐补，支持日结工资
3. 排班信息：长白班（早8:00-晚20:00）
