【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司全盘账务、凭证审核、往来核对及月年末结账；按期出具财务报表，保证账务合规准确，对接税务、审计等外部工作。
2. 参与年度预算及滚动预测，跟踪预算执行、分析差异；定期分析收入、成本、利润等经营指标，输出分析报告，支撑经营决策。
3. 对接业务部门，识别经营、财务风险及流程问题；推进业财流程优化，统一数据标准，提升整体运营效率。
4. 协助成本费用管控，分析成本结构并提出优化建议；负责项目测算、投入产出分析，完成上级交办的专项财务工作。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，财会类专业。
2. 3年以上财务工作经验，具备全盘账务处理经验，有财务BP经验者优先。
3. 熟悉会计准则及财税法规，具备扎实的账务处理、数据分析及业财协同能力。
4. 大学英语四级及以上，持有中级会计师、CPA、CMA等财会证书者优先。
5. 逻辑清晰、善于沟通协作，具备良好的问题解决、抗压能力与主动担当意识。

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for full-set accounting, voucher review, transaction reconciliation and month/year-end closing; prepare financial statements regularly, ensure compliant and accurate accounts, and coordinate tax and audit work.
2. Participate in annual budgeting and rolling forecast, track budget execution and analyze variances; evaluate key operating indicators and deliver analysis reports to support business decisions.
3. Collaborate with business teams, identify operational and financial risks as well as process defects; optimize business-finance processes, unify data standards and improve operational efficiency.
4. Assist in cost & expense control, analyze cost structure and propose optimization solutions; support project calculation and input-output analysis, and complete assigned special financial tasks.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance and accounting.
2. Over 3 years of financial working experience with full-set accounting experience; financial BP experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with accounting standards and fiscal regulations, proficient in accounting, data analysis and business-finance collaboration.
4. CET-4 or above; candidates with Intermediate Accountant, CPA, CMA and other relevant certificates are preferred.
5. Logical and communicative, with strong problem-solving ability, pressure resistance and proactive working attitude.
