职位描述
1、负责公司的行政事务,包括但不限于办公用品管理、活动策划、固定资产盘点登记等;
2、负责前台事务,包括客人来访接待、门禁管理、快递收发等;
3、负责管理餐厅员工用餐统计及费用请款等;
4、负责公司内部公共区域及公共设施的卫生及使用情况监管,异常报修;
5、公司宿舍管理、异常报修维修及房租、水电燃气网络费用申请等;
6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务,并积极汇报工作情况。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,专业不限;
2、具有良好的沟通表达能力,思维敏捷,做事谨慎,效率高;
3、熟练掌握office或者其他办公软件,如EXCEL、PPT等;
4、工作态度端正,做事认真仔细,能够在岗位上长期稳定发展。
【工作时间】
1.工作时间,周一至周五:8:30-17:30,周末双休(需要配合加班)
2.法定节假日正常休息
