The Senior Talent Management Manager is responsible for supporting China HR Head to drive strategic talent acquisition and talent management initiatives across the organization, with the key focus on systematically introducing better ways of retaining talents, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent, and building a sustainable talent pipeline while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Support recruitment of key commercial talents (e.g., sales), ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
• Build and manage effective sourcing channels, including digital platforms, talent communities, and partnerships with agencies and universities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience, especially in competitive talent markets.
• Monitor and report on TA metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity.
Training & Development:
• Develop and deploy learning and development programs based on established training methodologies (e.g., 70-20-10).
• Partner with business leaders to assess the impact of AI/Auto on workforce capabilities and design upskilling/reskilling strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to build talent pipelines and ensure alignment between talent strategy and business transformation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal experts to deliver blended learning solutions (online + offline).
Education / Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in TA or TM roles; proven track record in commercial team recruitment is essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• High self-motivated, team player.
• Familiarity with AI-driven talent tools.
• Communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of talent development frameworks and training methodologies.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
