Qingdao Luochengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional information service provider deeply engaged in the overseas mortgage industry. We are committed to providing comprehensive and efficient mortgage solutions for homebuyers, refinancing clients, as well as real estate professionals.

Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct reviews of the Company’s relevant businesses and provide professional opinions in accordance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
2. Examine documents submitted by clients and verify the completeness and compliance of loan application materials.
3. Perform risk identification and screening to prevent various potential risks.
4. Interpret industrial policies, laws and regulations, and provide decision-making support for risk management and control.
5. Work with English-only documents and systems.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements
1. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Law, Accounting, Auditing or related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience: Prior experience in internal control, compliance, risk management or auditing is preferred.
3. Competencies
(1) Learning Ability: Able to quickly absorb mortgage business and compliance training provided by the Company, and master core regulations and business processes within a short period.
(2) Logical Analysis: Proficient in identifying risk points from business data and operational procedures; capable of independently organizing internal control rules and formulating reasonable solutions.
(3) Language Skills: CET-6 or above; fluent in written and spoken English.
4.Others: Meticulous and detail-oriented, responsible, with strong resilience under pressure, high self-motivation, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Working Hours
Working days: Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
Days off: Sunday and Monday
Paid annual leave and statutory public holidays in China are applicable.

一、岗位职责：
1.负责公司相关业务审核工作，根据相关政策、法律法规提出相关专业意见；
2.审核客户提交的文件，审查贷款资料的完整性、合规性；
3.负责风险排查，防范各种风险；
4.负责解读行业政策、法律法规，为风险管控提供决策依据；
5.全英文工作资料与系统；
6.完成领导安排的其他工作。
二、岗位要求：
1．教育背景：本科及以上学历，金融、法律、会计、审计等相关专业优先。
2．工作经验：具备内控、合规、风控或审计工作经验者优先。
3．能力要求
①学习能力：能快速接受公司提供的房贷业务及合规培训，短期内掌握核心法规与业务流程。
②逻辑分析：擅长从业务数据、操作流程中定位风险点，具备独立梳理内控规则、设计合理解决问题方案的能力。
③语言能力：大学英语六级及以上水平，具备流利地英语听说读写能力。
4．其他：工作严谨细致，有责任心，有强大的抗压能力，自驱力强，良好的团队协作能力及沟通能力。
三、工作时间
工作日周二到周六，07：00-16：00，周日和周一双休，国内法定节假日，带薪年假。
