职位描述
金融项目SQL保险
Key Responsibilities:
• Master insurance business process, communicate with Group team and Business department to analyze system functional requirements.
• Compile clear, complete and traceable functional specifications document.
• Oversee the progress of requirement implementation, manage changes, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Create detailed functional test cases and contribute to system functional testing and regression testing, ensuring expected system functionality.
• Coordinate business users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive problem resolution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, insurance, finance or related fields are preferred.
• 4-5+ years of experience in insurance IT projects, including at least one end-to-end engagement in requirement analysis or implementation for a core insurance system. Proficiency in core insurance business processes and product structures is essential.
• Strong documentation writing, logical thinking and learning abilities.
• Proficient in English communication, fluency in Cantonese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate efficiently with business and technical teams.
