职位描述
2. 参与评审客户图纸与客户规范
3 制定新品质量协议/质量标准，包括与客户确认检测标准和测量方法。质量部门内部培训。
4 新品签样，包括产品和部件。样品包括标准品和限度样品
5 参与工艺文件的制定，如布局、工艺流程、FMEA，主导控制计划制定、检查作业书的制定、MSA、Cpk、SPC要求的落实
6 试做参与。试做准备工作确认、试做现场确认（参数、设备、材料、人员技能等等）、试做首件以及产品检查安排
7 新品零部件开发，包括供应商审核和零部件确认。确认供应商的材质报告、环境报告、检查报告、工艺流程、以及供应商的产品保证能力和PPAP批准
8 新品测量实验参与和测量实验安排。打样、试做涉及的零部件和产品。
9 跟进开发中产品质量问题的解决
10 跟进汽车客户的投诉，并按照客户的要求完成8D或其他分析报告
10 开发资料和记录的保存
11 完成上级交代的任务
