MISSION

The CSPM (Customer Success Project Management) Associate is the preferred contact of the customer. They handle all customer requests and guarantee customer project feasibility in relation with Activity Managers and in respect of customer specific requirements (including project confidentiality). We are looking for our new CSPM Associate to perform at ShenZhen site and under the responsibility of CSPM Manager based in Fime Asia (Taiwan).

ACTIVITIES

A unique entry point between lab and customers:

• Handle customers’ requests and schedule test sessions.

• Guide and onboarding customers regarding Fime products and services.

• Inform customers of different test authority processes.

• Send quotations of the services requests.

• Collect required documents and samples sent by customers.

• Guarantee customer project feasibility with technical experts’ support.

• Prioritize customer satisfaction.

• Weekly reporting to key customers accounts.

• Follow up regularly on customer, active and inactive

Lab interactions & Test session organization:

• Collect required documents and samples sent by customers.

• Monitor test session scheduling.

• Ensure testing session progress is provided to customers.

• Ensure test reports are sent to customer or test authorities.

• Validate operator time sheets.

• Invoicing once the session is completed.

Sales interactions:

• Keep key account managers updated with VIP customers’ product certifications,

new requests & business opportunities.

• Inform sales team in case of major issues.

• Support sales for contracts negotiations, customer visits.

• Inform customers on FIME Offers, tools and contribute to Global Offers.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Customer Success Project Management related role is a plus but

we are also happy to consider fresh graduates

• Understanding of test techniques and procedures would be a plus.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Sound logical thinking.

• Nice personality to handle possible customer complains.
