质量控制工程师**
- 高等技术教育背景；
- 至少2年电子元器件质量控制经验；
- 具备广泛的电子元器件工作经验；
- 具备电子组件（PCBA）质量控制经验；
- 具备人工智能辅助质量控制技能者优先；
- 了解关键电子元器件参数，能够从数据手册中查找元器件信息；
- 具备技术英语能力；
- 熟练使用办公软件；
- 熟练使用人工智能服务；
- 能够使用测量工具（万用表、LCR表、卡尺）；
- 能够同时处理多项任务并在紧迫的期限内完成工作；
- 认真细致、认真负责。
**职责：**
- 对供应商提供的电子元器件进行来料检验；
- 验证元器件是否符合技术文档，并将收到的元器件与原件进行比对；
- 进行质量控制，识别假冒、缺陷和二手元器件；
- 对PCBA组件进行质量控制，检查元件位置是否正确，是否存在损坏和制造残留物；
- 使用显微镜进行细节拍摄；
- 编写缺陷报告，向供应商提供信息。
Quality Control Engineer**
- Higher technical education;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control of electronic
components;
- Experience working with a wide range of electronic components;
- Experience in quality control of electronic assemblies (PCBA);
- Skills in AI-assisted quality control are a plus;
- Knowledge of key electronic component parameters, ability to find
component information in datasheets;
- Knowledge of technical English;
- Proficient user of office software;
- Proficient user of AI services;
- Ability to use measuring tools (multimeter, LCR meter, calipers);
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines;
- Accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting incoming inspection of electronic components from
suppliers;
- Verifying component compliance with technical documentation, comparing
received components with originals;
- Quality control, identifying counterfeit, defective, and used
components;
- Quality control of PCBA assemblies, checking correct component
placement, absence of damage and manufacturing residues;
- Working with a microscope, detailed photography;
- Compiling reports on found defects to provide information to
suppliers.
