大客户销售KA渠道市场洞察
岗位职责/ Job Responsibilities
1、 海外渠道拓展与生态构建:负责海外代理商及KA渠道的开拓,精准识别并建立与战略客户的长期合作,搭建优质渠道网络,推动产品在零售渠道的覆盖与渗透;
2、 大客户销售与终端动销落地:制定并执行大客户销售计划,主导合同谈判,统筹区域销售目标达成,并协助客户优化店内促销与陈列方案,提升终端销量与合作粘性;
3、 市场洞察与策略攻坚:持续跟踪市场动态与竞品信息,反馈客户需求以优化产品定位与销售策略,驱动区域业绩稳步增长。
1、 Overseas Channel Development & Ecosystem Building – Drive the expansion of overseas distributor and key account (KA) channels, accurately identify and establish long-term partnerships with strategic clients, build a high-quality channel network, and enhance product coverage and penetration across retail channels.
2、 Key Account Sales & In-Store Execution – Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, lead contract negotiations, coordinate regional sales target achievement, and assist clients in optimizing in-store promotions and merchandising to boost sell-through and strengthen collaboration.
3、 Market Intelligence & Strategic Execution – Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, incorporate customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies, and drive steady profit growth in the region.
任职要求/ Job Requirements
1、 工作经验:具备3-5年销售相关经验,消费电子或小家电领域优先,有成功的连锁零售渠道拓展及管理经验者优先;
2、 渠道经验:有直接对接并成功合作大型连锁零售客户的经验者优先考虑;
3、 核心能力:熟悉零售渠道运作模式,能独立完成客户开发、谈判及关系维护。
1、 Work Experience – 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or small home appliances. Successful experience in developing and managing large-scale retail chains is a plus.
2、 Channel Experience – Direct experience in engaging and successfully partnering with major retail chain accounts is highly preferred.
3、 Core Competencies – Familiar with retail channel operations, and capable of independently handling customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.
