职位描述
1、负责cpa形式活动代理商管理，包括但不限于代理服务优化成长、具体政策制定、数据分析，效果优化等
2、负责增长活动跟进和谈判，负责联合活动上线配置、设计跟进、素材跟进等
3、负责新活动cpa玩法渠道拓展并进行数据监控，对异常数据提出预警和成本管控
任职要求：
1、3年以上渠道代理商管理经验，有互联网cpa增长及商务相关经验优先
2、熟悉数据分析和监控，熟练操作excel、PPT等工具
3、良好的数据敏感度及协调能力，能够发现和分析业务背后隐含的变化或问题
4、有优秀的学习能力及逻辑能力，跨团队协调沟通能力，以及较好的执行力与抗压性
