职位描述
1.开发用于预测药物活性和 ADMET 性质的机器学习模型，并结合不确定性量化方法。
2.实现基于结构或序列的机器学习模型（例如 GNN、蛋白–配体评分模型等）。
3.主动学习与闭环 DMTA 工作流程整合到药物设计与优化过程中。
4.负责数据整理与数据治理，确保数据质量控制以及合理的数据划分策略。
【任职要求】
1.1–2年工作经验，本科及以上学历。
2.熟练掌握 机器学习技术，尤其是在 药物研发或治疗领域应用方面。
3.具备图神经网络（GNN）、蛋白–配体评分模型以及嵌入表示技术相关经验。
4.熟悉不确定性量化（Uncertainty Quantification）和主动学习（Active Learning）方法。
5.在数据整理、数据治理以及实验数据质量控制方面具有扎实经验。
