职位描述
1. Managing SAP incidents.
2. Defining and coordinating of support processes in SAP area.
3. Taking ownership for covering business needs by driving end to end implementations of change requests and new solutions within SAP landscape.
4. Actively participate in SAP related projects and SAP development initiatives.
5. Maintaining and enhancing of existing processes.
6. Promoting and implementing the automation agenda for SAP.
7. Training of Business Key Users.
8. Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.
9. Be a mentor and expert for SAP FICO Team.
Education Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g., Computer Science)
Knowledge
1. Proven expertise in SAP FICO.
2. Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset.
3. Project experience with S4/HANA implementation/rollouts and maintenance in FICO area is a must.
4. Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management would be an asset.
5. Fluent English.
6. Strong customer service orientation.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Years of experience At least 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
