任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握CAD等线束设计软件，具有2年以上线束设计经验。
2. 具有良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够在跨部门和跨文化环境中工作。
3. 具有较强的问题解决能力和创造性思维，善于从不同角度解决问题。
4. 能够适应工作压力，灵活应对工作安排和变化。
