职位描述
2.负责零部件的系统选型、断面设计、结构设计、方案设计、接口设计、造型可行性分析和工艺分析等工作。
3.管控零部件开发计划，并推进成本、质量、性能目标的实施和达成。
4.制定零部件的技术标准、试验规范、数据、图纸等技术文件。
5.负责SOR编制和发布，参与供应商开发和管理。
6.精通雨刮洗涤系统的设计，具有问题识别能力，实物装车问题解决能力，售后问题解决能力。
7.负责新技术研究和应用。
2.工作经验要求：要求5年以上相关领域工作经验；
3.熟悉汽车OEM的设计和发布流程；
4.熟悉雨刮洗涤系统结构和生产技术(模具、工装等)的详细知识；
5.具有实物和虚拟验证经验，熟悉DVP编制及了解相关标准；
6.了解CAE仿真工具，熟练掌握CAD软件操作 (CATIA)；
7.具备良好的问题解决能力、协调沟通能力及良好的供应商管理能力；
8.能适应项目出差，根据项目节点需求分解工作；
