职位描述
2、参与前期产品需求分析，支持公司产品规划完成场景定义和可行性分析;
3、根据相关部门的质量要求，组织对系统问题进行方案确定、验证和确认等工作，并保证开发进度符合计划要求。按周进行各项工作进展的跟踪与分析，发
现问题，提出改进措施;4、负责建立座椅舒适性相关know-how，制定座椅舒适性的技术标准和完整开发流程，并按时提供交付物，确保座椅舒适性达成项目目标;5、负责平衡座椅开发中的成本，属性，重量等要求，确保座椅产品实现满足产品定义要求;
6、负责研究市场发展趋势，对负责的系统进行调研，并考虑本系统新技术、新材料、新结构、新工艺的研究，制定座椅技术发展路线;
7、负责各阶段座椅电器件方案评审，输出相关inteface、ICD、DVP等，并负责电控相关问题解析、跟进、闭环;
8、为提高团队设计能力，负责对设计师、设计员进行系统设计及结构设计等培训工作。
