职位描述
1. 主导无人物流车、观光车的外饰系统设计，包括前脸、侧围、后保等模块的结构开发与优化。
2. 负责外饰件的材料选型、工艺方案制定及成本控制，确保设计方案满足量产要求。
3. 协同自动驾驶团队完成外饰与激光雷达、摄像头等感知设备的集成适配，保障功能与外观的统一。
4. 跟进样件试制与测试验证，解决生产过程中的工程问题，推动设计方案落地。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业。
2. 3年以上汽车或特种车辆外饰设计经验，熟悉塑料件、金属件的成型工艺与表面处理。
3. 精通CATIA/UG等3D设计软件，具备独立完成外饰结构设计的能力。
4. 了解自动驾驶车辆的感知系统布局需求，有相关适配经验者优先。
5. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能有效协调设计、工程与供应链团队。
