Test Engineer（数字大灯/自适应大灯）

Critical Competency / 关键能力
a. 熟悉车载总线系统，如CAN、CAN_FD、以太网
b. 了解诊断技术，有诊断工具使用经验
c. 良好的驾驶技能，持有原型车驾驶许可证（F2CN/T1/Breatha等）
d. 良好的数据分析及诊断能力
e. 能适应频繁出差
f. 了解软件敏捷开发流程
g. 有测试经验，了解问题单处理流程
h. 具备日志采集和刷写经验
Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
- 本科/硕士学历，工程相关专业
- 可靠的驾驶技能：**必须持有原型车驾驶许可证**
- 有ADAS功能经验者优先，有IHC/DLS测试经验者优先
- 了解CAN/LIN/Flexray及车载以太网通信
- 熟悉CANOE/CANape/INCA或其他数据采集工具
- 英语读写能力良好，口语能力为加分项
- 乐于学习，自我驱动力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Main Tasks & Responsibility / 主要任务和职责
- 制定测试计划，确保SOP前的测试覆盖率
- 协调测试资源，包括但不限于测试车辆/台架、软件及硬件等
- 必要时在测试车辆/台架及平台上修改并搭建测试环境
- 根据软件发布版本，在测试车辆/台架上执行测试
- 分析测试结果并识别缺陷
- 在问题单管理平台（如JIRA等）上高质量地创建问题单
- 定期编写/维护技术文档

a. Good understanding of car bus system, such as CAN, CAN_FD, Ethernet.
b. Good understanding of diagnose and experience with diagnoses tools.
c. Good driving skills，driving license F2CN/T1/Breatha.
d. Good data analysis and diagnostic skills.
e. Adapt to frequent business trips.
f. Software agile knowhow.
g. Testing experience, ticket issue know-how.
h. Log gathering and flashing know-how.
Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
 Bachelor/Master degree in the engineering areas.
 Reliable driving skills: prototype driving license is mandantory.
 Experience in ADAS function, IHC/DLS testing experience is a plus.
 Experience about CAN/LIN/Flexray and automotive Ethernet communication.
 Experience about CANOE/CANape/INCA or other data acquisition tools.
 Read/Write in English, Spoken English is a plus.
 Willing to learn, self-motivated. Good communication skills, good teamplayer.
Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
• Conduct test schedules to secure test coverage before SOP.
• Coordinate on test resources, including but not limited to test vehicles/benches, software and hardware, etc..
• Modify and setup test environment in test vehicles/benches and platforms when necessary.
• Perform tests in test vehicles/benches based on software release.
• Analyze test result and detect defects.
• Create ticket in a good quality on ticket management platforms (JIRA, etc.).
• Regularly create/maintain technical documents.
