职位描述
1. 负责座椅控制器系统的需求分析、架构设计与方案落地，涵盖硬件选型、软件逻辑开发及功能验证。
2. 主导座椅控制器与整车CAN/LIN总线的通信协议开发，确保多系统间的稳定交互。
3. 参与座椅系统的故障诊断与问题定位，输出有效的技术解决方案并推动量产落地。
4. 协同供应链完成控制器的测试认证，确保产品符合汽车行业功能安全（ISO 26262）标准。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。
2. 2年以上汽车电子控制器开发经验，精通座椅调节、加热、通风等功能的系统设计。
3. 熟悉汽车总线协议（CAN/LIN）及嵌入式软件开发（C语言），具备硬件电路设计基础。
4. 掌握ISO 26262功能安全标准，有量产项目经验者优先。
5. 具备较强的问题分析能力与跨部门协作能力，能独立推动项目进度。
